Share sensitive files. Keep full control.
Corvault is the encrypted workspace where your team stores and shares confidential files. You decide who sees what, for how long, and every access is on record.
Everything your team needs to share files safely
One encrypted workspace for storing, sharing and signing off on confidential files.
Email attachments had a good run
Once you press send, an attachment is out of your hands for good. A Corvault link stays yours, even after it has been opened.
- Anyone can forward it
- Sits in inboxes forever
- No idea who opened it
- Impossible to take back
- Only people with the password
- Expires when you decide
- Every open is on record
- Revoke it with one click
Your keys never leave your team
When you store a file as Private, it is locked on your device before upload and only unlocked on your teammates' devices.
You upload a file
Corvault encrypts it on your computer with your workspace key.
It stays locked
Your server only ever holds the scrambled file, and ours only hold locked keys. Neither has anything to open them with.
Your teammate opens it
Their device unseals the key and decrypts the file locally.
Your data stays where you decide
Your files stay on your company's own server. Corvault only keeps accounts, permissions and the activity log, on servers in Germany.
Where are my files kept?
On your company's own storage server, installed on a computer you choose. They never stay on our servers: when a file has to pass through Corvault, it is only relayed, encrypted, and not saved.
Can we keep them on our own computer instead?
Yes. Install the Corvault storage server in your office or data centre and your files are stored there.
What if someone leaves the team?
Replace the workspace key from the app. The new key only goes to the people who are still on the team.
